S. J. Constructions is one of the reputed names in construction business in Goa whose motto is “Faith is foundation, Satisfaction is Summit”.
The founder and proprietor of this company is Mr. Shashidaran S. Pillai. Basically he is from the state of Kerala. But from last 40 years, he has been in Goa. His educational qualification is B.E. Civil. He started his career working as a Civil Engineer and handled various projects in Goa.
After completion of these projects, he started his own company and entered a world of construction business. Slowly but steadily, company started achieving different challenges of constructing Industrial, Commercial and other projects. In this, Lifecare Logistic Pvt. Ltd., Prakash Corrugated Product, Molbio Diagnostics & other reputed companies are involved.

In his entire journey, his son Mr. Sreeju S. Kumar becomes his helping hand. He has taken a responsibility of all the sales portion, Govt. & other office dealing, site handling, meeting with different people, one-to-one talk with customers and all the construction related work.
Mr. Shashidaran S. Pillai and Mr. Sreeju S. Kumar are running this company very smoothly and successfully. Now this company is having its own office in Verna Industrial Estate. Not only in business but in personal life also, they achieved a good reputation and big name in this field.
